Cloyd is an owner who takes pride in problem identification and analysis. He specializes in applying tax research to untangling knotty taxation problems and crafting solutions that show measurable results. With knowledge of taxation in the areas of entertainment, transportation, services, construction, real estate, business and individual taxes, Cloyd can service all of your needs.
Cloyd is an E.A. (Enrolled Agent) licensed by the Internal Revenue Service to represent taxpayers before the IRS in all states. He holds a Masters in Taxation from the Golden Gate University and a Masters in Counseling from California State University, Dominquez Hills. He is also an active member of the Georgia and National Associations of Enrolled Agents.
